Set in New Orleans, two hitmen, James Bonomo, known as Jimmy Bobo, and Louise Blanchard, take on the job of assassinating Hank Greely, a badass cop in a hotel. But later they are betrayed by their employer, Louise is assassinated in his waiting room while waiting to receive his contract payout, and Taylor Kwan, a Washington D.C. cop, arrives in New Orleans. To investigate Greeley's death, stealing important evidence from the police station, Taylor is soon ambushed. But fortunately, Jimmy helped him survive. A mission to expose the rottenness of a government official pits the police and the gunman against each other.
