The story takes place in County Kerry. Ireland This road movie centers around 13-year-old Mallie, who has just lost her mother, and Joy, her lawyer and newborn baby. His mother, Ruth, had recently died of cancer. and Mallie confronts James. His thieving father, who recently squeezed money for cancer patients from a collectible bottle at the celebration she gathered at the pub. His father insisted that she would have wanted him to pay off his debts. The boy grabs the cash and drives away in a taxi, planning to give it back. He suddenly realized that there was a passenger in the back seat. These characters happen to join Joy, who apparently suffers from a needy newborn, seeing that Mully is comfortable caring for her child. (He used to help take care of the younger siblings at home) therefore offered the two to travel together. They swapped taxis for used cars in the parking lot. Joy and Mully ride the back of the road to avoid detection because he's an unlicensed driver. and the law could stop them. As this strange couple travels, they bond, fight and develop a mother-daughter bond. Mully accidentally bumps into a fox and a taxi, and Joy has to run over it to get it out of its misery.
